Your print

The product page describes the artwork, print size, paper and available finish. Select the finish you want before adding it to your bag. Artwork reproductions are produced to order through Gelato. Producing a standard catalogue print to order does not make it a personalised product or remove your applicable cancellation and return rights.

Screen settings can affect how colours appear. Product illustrations and photographs help you compare the print and finish; the description identifies what is supplied. This does not limit remedies where goods are defective or do not match their description.

Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars. Your selected goods, discounts, delivery charge and any applicable tax are shown in the checkout total before you pay. Use one of the payment methods displayed at checkout. We do not add an undisclosed production or handling charge after purchase.

After you place an order, we email an order confirmation to the address you provide. Check your items, finish and delivery address and contact us promptly if anything is incorrect. If we cannot supply your order, we will contact you and refund any payment for the unavailable goods and relevant delivery.

Delivery, cancellation and returns

We deliver to the contiguous 48 United States and Washington, DC. Our shipping policy gives the delivery charges, free-delivery threshold and timing. Orders can arrive in separate parcels without an additional delivery charge afterwards.

Contact us promptly to request an address change or cancellation. We will check the production and delivery status. If production can no longer be stopped, applicable cancellation and return rights still apply.

Our returns and refunds policy provides a 30-day change-of-mind return request period after delivery, followed by 14 days to dispatch the return. Customers pay change-of-mind return postage to our UK return address. Damaged, defective or incorrect goods are handled through your choice of a correct replacement at no extra cost or a refund, with necessary return costs paid by Mayfair Prints.

Personal information

Shopify hosts our store and processes personal information when you browse or buy. We use Shopify Network Intelligence, which allows Shopify to provide Enhanced Services based on interactions with our store, other merchants and Shopify, including analytics, personalisation and advertising. Information is shared with Shopify and the services involved in payment, production, delivery and support; these providers can be located in other countries.

Email us if you have a question or complaint about an order. These terms and our policies do not exclude or limit your applicable consumer rights.
