Shipping and delivery

We deliver to the contiguous 48 United States and Washington, DC. We do not currently deliver to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, military addresses or countries outside the United States.

Standard delivery

• Unframed prints: $5.95 per order.
• Framed prints: $9.95 per order.
• Orders containing both framed and unframed prints: $15.90 per order.

Standard delivery is free when your merchandise subtotal is $100 or more after discounts, before tax and delivery charges. Paying with a gift card does not reduce that merchandise subtotal.

All amounts are in US dollars. The delivery charge and any applicable tax are shown before you pay. An order may arrive in separate parcels. We do not charge additional delivery fees afterwards because an order is split.

Production and delivery time

Our prints are produced to order through Gelato. Please allow up to 30 calendar days from payment for delivery, unless we agree a different timeframe with you. This includes production and transit.

When a parcel is dispatched, we send the available tracking information by email. If we cannot meet the agreed timeframe, we will contact you with a revised estimate and offer a choice between waiting and cancelling for a full refund. We will not treat silence as agreement to an indefinite delay.

Address changes and cancellation

If you need to change an address or cancel an order, email support@mayfairprints.com as soon as possible. We will check whether production or dispatch can still be stopped. We cannot guarantee that a parcel already dispatched can be redirected.

Production status does not remove your applicable cancellation, return or other consumer rights. Our returns and refunds policy explains change-of-mind returns and remedies for damaged, defective or incorrect goods.

Delivery problems

If a parcel is delayed, missing or damaged, contact us with your order details. We will investigate with the production or delivery service and arrange the appropriate remedy. You do not have to resolve a supplier claim yourself.
